Meditate on one need and imagine the fullness of the need and how much you value it. Imagine everyone having that need met.
In the study of Marshall Rosenberg, PhD's Nonviolent Communication, we accept that we all have the same values. We believe that each of us has an equal right to have them met.
Below is a list of needs. Spend a few minutes every day focusing on one need. Imagine having that need met fully. Imagine a friend or loved one having that need met fully. Imagine someone you have had a conflict with having that need met fully. Imagine everyone, everywhere, having that need met fully.
