You Are Here

This has been my favorite Dr. Kerley quote for years.  I was struck with a t-shirt idea for it today.  

It is truly amazing how difficult it is, and how hard we humans have to work at being

right here,

right now.

If we can put our humanness aside, we can simply exist

in the wonder that is the 'here'.

I don't think I've ever been happier than I am in these moments.
