How distorted can our mirrors get when our value based language filter reality?  How many conflicts are a result of judgments, or a misunderstanding of the words we use that might imply judgments?  This week focus on reporting like a camera.  Notice when your words imply judgment.  You can catch yourself and make corrections while you talk to your children, your spouse, your friends, and even when you talk to yourself!
