 One of the best tools for connecting with enneagram wisdom is the iPhone app - Know Your Type

It has descriptions of each type, ways to prevent conflict, and an exercise to help you find your type.  I think that the best way to truly find your type is to do a workshop.  Experienced instructors become very skilled at spotting characteristics of each and that goes a long way in identifying your type.
