I was able to attend a Q & A with Brene Brown this past Wednesday at Christ Church Cathedral.  Almost every word that came out of her spoke deeply to my heart and mind.  One of my favorite statements she made was this,  "We either own all of our stories and become whole, or, we stand outside our stories and hustle."  I have lived both versions of this.  My mind started repeating the Ingrid Michaelson's son "Be OK," so I wanted to share it.  Below are my favorite parts of the song.  Farther down you will find the complete lyrics.  

I believe that until we love and accept all of who we are, we are not capable of taking the call to fully love and accept others.
