What motivates me to create and share here?

After a hard fall in 2007, I found a variety of practices and communities that enhanced every aspect of my life. Since then, I have been on a mission to minimize the barriers that keep us from finding these practices and finding each other.
Our behavior, at every age, is a response we make to the desire we have to meet our needs and express our values. We can change the way we perceive the world around us and respond to it with compassion. I don't know any other way to do this than to practice. I have found that it is a lot more fun in a village. ~Brooke Summers-Perry
